Before founding his private practice, Mr. Baker was a Judge on the Kentucky Court of Appeals and a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps. In addition, he has been counsel of record in over 200 appeals to the Kentucky Court of Appeals, Kentucky Supreme Court and United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
